you're having problems finding the product you
want using our search box, consider revising your
search. Start by checking your spelling, or reducing
the number of words in your search. If you're
not sure of the product name, you can search by
manufacturer name or category. If you can't find
what you want, we may not carry that particular
product, or it may be temporarily out of stock.
Please
note, our Customer Care representatives use the
same tools that you use to locate products on
our Web site. They don't have any additional information
about incoming inventory of unavailable or out
of stock products.
If
you can't find what you want at OnlinePartyCenter.com,
we encourage you to check back often. We update
the site daily, adding new products as soon as
they arrive at our warehouse.
Occasionally,
a product you want may be backordered. If this
happens, we'll notify you about the delay by e-mail
as we process your order. You can also check on
your order anytime by using our order status page.
We
ship available items usually within two days of
receipt of your order and backordered items as
soon as we receive them from the manufacturer.
We won't charge your credit card for a product
until it's shipped from our warehouse.
