What is the best way to shop at OnlinePartyCenter.com?

There are several ways to shop at OnlinePartyCenter.com. The easiest way, however, is by navigating through the site using the links on the left column. These links will guide you directly into whichever product category you are interested in. Directly beneath the product links, subcategories will appear that will allow you to further narrow your search. Simply click on the subcategory to quickly access the related items.

Can I ship my order directly to another person?

Of course! You can use OnlinePartyCenter.com to ship orders directly to a different address. During the checkout process, simply indicate where you'd like your items sent. You will be asked for a billing address as well as a shipping address. The billing address will be used for purposes of verifying your credit card payment. It is the shipping address, however, that will indicate where your items are going to be sent.

Will you send an order confirmation?

OnlinePartyCenter.com will send you an order confirmation letter via e-mail. It includes your order number, and confirms the shipping information you provided us. The e-mail also lists each product you ordered and the price. If you have questions about your order confirmation, or if you don't receive an order confirmation within 24 hours, contact customerservice@OnlinePartyCenter.com.

How will I know when my order is shipped and how do I track my package?

We'll send you a confirmation letter via e-mail the same day your order is shipped. It includes your order number, and confirms the shipment of the items you ordered. This email will also contain your UPS tracking number with which you can visit www.ups.com page and track your package.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

When is my credit card charged?

We charge your credit card when we ship the item. If we have to ship items in your order separately, more than one charge may show up on your card. When you place your order, we pre-authorize your credit card to make sure the funds are available. Please note: if you use a debit card, the pre-authorization may look like a debit on your account. We won't actually debit your account until we ship your order. If we have to cancel your order, the amount of time it takes to remove the authorization depends on the financial institution that issues your card.

Does OnlinePartyCenter.com charge sales tax?

State laws require New Jersey based businesses (such as OnlinePartyCenter.com) to charge sales tax of 6.0% on orders shipped within the state of New Jersey. If you place an order and have it shipped within the state of New Jersey, the proper sales tax will be automatically added to your order. The surtax calculated corresponds to the county the items are delivered to. We are currently not required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to residents of any other states.

Does OnlinePartyCenter.com ship internationally?

OnlinePartyCenter.com currently does not have international shipping via the Internet. If you would like to place an order for shipment outside of the U.S. we will be more than happy to accommodate any purchase by calling 800-355-4966 or emailing us. We hope to be offering international shipping via the Internet in the near future.

How long does it take to receive my order?

OnlinePartyCenter.com uses UPS as its preferred carrier. In our partnership with UPS.com, we give customers the choice of having their items shipped using ground service, 2nd day air, 3 day select, or next day delivery.
