What is your return policy?

We want you to have a great shopping experience with us so in case you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we have made returning products QUICK and EASY! You may return (most) products for a full merchandise refund (see below for restrictions).
•All returns must have an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number.
•Returns must be processed within 15 days after delivery.
•You may use any shipping method to send back your package. Please make sure you have a tracking number with your return for your records.
•Please send products back in their original form and packaging.

•We will issue a credit within 14 days after we receive the return package.
•We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet these conditions.

Please note that some products are not eligible for return. These include:
•personalized products
•edible or perishable products
• all special order items such as cake toppers, ribbon, or any item that's sold per yard.

Our online return policy does not apply to orders being returned from locations outside of the United States or APO/FPO locations. Non-US customers, please contact customer service to obtain an RMA number (Return Materials Authorization) within 30 days after delivery.
 

What do I do with damaged, defective or missing products?

All claims for damaged, defective or missing product(s) must be filed with onlinepartycenter within 5 business days of receiving your order.

Please email us at onlinepartycenter@yahoo.com for further instructions.

Onlinepartycenter is not responsible for any missing packages and damaged products resulting from errors made by the shipping carrier. However we will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the appropriate party. UPS claims may take up to 8 business days to process. Please keep all products in their original packaging until the claim is settled.

What is onlinepartycenter's privacy policy?

Onlinepartycenter is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and using information responsibly. Please be assured that onlinepartycenter respects your privacy. Any personally identifiable information we collect from you is used to help us communicate with you and is never sold or disclosed to outside third parties.

By using our web site or purchasing a product from us, you agree to the collection and use of information as set forth in our privacy policy. We may from time to time update this policy. We will post any changes to our policy on our security and privacy policy page so that you are always aware of what information we collect and how we use that information

 

PLEASE NOTE:  All arrival dates are only estimated not guaranteed,  you are responsible for any returns that do not arrive by the estimated, not guaranteed arrival date.

Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases , (Example: item received on June 30th may be returned on or before July 30th) .

Personalized and special order items are final sales.

If you have an event date and receive an item damaged,  we will send a replacement,  if you do not want to receive the replacement,  you will have to return the item yourself,  even if your event has passed.   In the event you do not want and item once it is in transit you may return the item,  (All shipping/handling costs are non refundable)  (Buyer pays for return of item)  (Once an order is in transit with signature confirmation and you do not pick up your package at the post office or change your mind that you do not want the order,  those actual paid shipping/handling charges are non refundable,  once we receive the order back from the post office you will be refunded the amount of the order minus the paid shipping costs,  no exceptions). 

Reason for returns:  changed mind,  no longer need,  made mistake,  incorrect description,  when description is correct returns are as follows:
All paid shipping charges to and from seller are non-refundable,  any labels that are shipped to buyer are for the convenience of the buyer,  however,  the paid charges are non-refundable,  buyer pays for the charges.

All seasonal ( example:  communion,   Christmas,   Halloween,  Valentine,  Easter,  etc) are subject to a 20% non - refundable restocking fee.

Damage claims must all be accompanied by images of the item for an exact replacement,  if you do not want a replacement, then the item must be returned and all shipping /  handling charges to and from seller are non-refundable.  

If an item falls off in transit,  it's not broken just unglued,  you will be required to glue it back due to the delicate nature of handcrafted items.
