If you need to make a return on another item please follow the following instructions ALL ITEMS RETURNED ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE:

Within 7 days of receipt of your order, you may return for a full refund any unopened merchandise in its new undamaged condition with its original packaging materials.

1. Wrap the unopened item(s) for return securely with its original packaging materials.
2. Make sure to include your packing slip with your personal information on it. (Name, address, phone number and email address)
3. Write down the item you're returning and why.
4. Using only an Insured Parcel Post or UPS send us the package. This is to protect you in the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged in transit.
5. Write down your tracking number and keep in a secure place.
6. Send us an e-mail, so we may expect your package.
