7 business days or sooner using standard UPS ground service.
If an item is out of stock or an unexpected delay occurs,
you will be promptly notified via e-mail with the next
expected shipment date.

address is required for shipments, we cannot accept
P.O. Box addresses for any order.

HAND-CRAFTED SPECIALTY ORDERS:
Personalized orders that have to be prepared by hand:
please provide ample time to complete your order. Example:
cake tops, centerpieces, specialty favors that require
hand assembly and personalization.
We take great pride and care of your handcrafted specialized
order. Each order is given the individual attention
it requires; therefore orders are processed on business
days alone and require a 3-4 week delivery time.
Some orders may be processed quicker than others. If
an item is out of stock we shall contact you via e-mail
on the next expected delivery date. To prevent unnecessary
delays we reserve the right to substitute a flower or
ribbon with a very similar one.
NOTE:
If you are in a rush kindly follow your order with an
email to customer service with your special requests
and we will do our best to better accommodate you.
